We process your personal data in order to manage the relationship we maintain with you in your capacity as a representative or contact person.
The legal basis that allows us to process your data is the performance of the contract or of the business relationship in which you take part. Meta-Data must also comply with the legal obligations imposed by the laws, including the data protection regulations.
We will keep your data for the duration of the contractual or business relationship in which you take part. Once it has ended, we will keep it blocked during the legal limitation periods, generally ten years, and once these have elapsed, we will destroy it.
We will not transfer your data to third parties, unless we are required to do so by a law or unless you have previously agreed to it with Meta-Data. In order to provide you with an adequate service, certain categories of companies process data on behalf of Meta-Data:
Place where the services are provided: Spain and, in some cases, the European Union. Where an international transfer takes place, it is carried out to countries with a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union.
